We work with clients who are looking for rental properties, clients who are tired of renting & want to become Homeowners, clients who are simply looking for properties they can Rehab to either resell or live in, etc. It just depends on each individual situation.

We do an extensive search, but we also make it personal in the sense that we find out all we can about our client-what they want, their lifestyle, interests, budget, etc. We have them go through a step-by-step process, there is a nominal fee involved to cover all the work/time involved, and in the end, they have their HOME!

We also have an Informational Orientation on our Rent-to-Own program, as well as a First-time Homebuyer's Workshop!
