is a business that helps people with their housing needs; whether it be to find a home, or sell a home.
We also make it personal in the sense that we find out all we can about our clients-what they want, their lifestyle, interests,
budget, etc.
It just depends on each individual situation. Our clients' situations range
anywhere from Section 8 tenants looking for a place to live, people tired of renting & want to own, bankruptcy/divorce,
bad-credit, etc.
We have experience working with homeowners who are
facing & trying to avoid foreclosure, or looking for a Short-Sale
just to pay off their mortgage & get out!
This company was founded & headed by a Real Estate Investor. She is a single
parent who decided to take what she has experienced & learned, and help others benefit! She spent years on Section
8; being discriminated, directed to poor housing, etc. She lived for years solely depending on minimal, sporadic Child
Support. She was fed up!
